In a small street in the center of town, a few meters from the beach, is the oldest restaurant in Lloret. Discover the place where the people of Lloret enjoy all kinds of dishes made with great care by a cook who puts all his passion into what he does.
We pride ourselves on continuing to serve our visitors for so many years. Something that started in a small fisherman's house has grown to this day as one of the best valued restaurants in the area.
Our restaurant is not just any restaurant, not for us, Can Bolet is a very familiar place where for many years we have treated our visitors as if they were at home.
Since 1961!!! The third generation of the "Bolet" family is taking over with great enthusiasm and eager to improve everything that has been achieved during these years.
At Can Bolet we offer a typically Mediterranean experience in which we serve dishes made with first-class products, local and made just like our grandmother did but adding a touch of unpretentious modernity. Daniel Coloma, our chef, has inherited all the necessary knowledge to preserve a traditional cuisine that comes from the knowledge acquired by many generations of good cooks.
