Head chef
Marc trained at the School of Catering in Girona and enjoyed a work stay in Belgium, he has also worked with Carme Ruscalleda, Carles Gaig, Martin Berasategui and Miguel Sánchez Romera. In 2008, he was awarded a Michelin star. In 2011, he was given the prize of Best Young Chef in the National Gastronomy Awards.
Head waiter
Elena, together with the maître Ramon Roca, is responsible for managing the dining room, providing guests with good service. The sommelier Xavi González, responsible for the bodega, assesses guests when making their choice of wine.
