The chef Lluís Ferrés applies creativity to combinations of flavours and textures based on traditional Catalan cuisine and everyday dishes. During his professional career, he has worked in kitchens throughout Spain and Europe, and has spent almost 20 years working in the kitchen at the Restaurant of Hotel Aigua Blava.
Head waiter
More than 40 years' solid experience at Hotel Aigua Blava. During the winter periods, he has worked at restaurants and hotels in England, Switzerland and Andorra, gaining the necessary experience in dining room service and knowledge of languages, which has enabled him to develop professionally to become the maître d’hôtel.
